Butterfly walk and family fun

Join Ele from Butterfly Conservation’s Big City Butterflies project and Lucy, the park’s Lead Ranger, for a morning of half-term butterfly fun!

We will be exploring the park to look for butterflies which we will identify and learn the names of.

After the 45-60 minute walk, we will get busy with some crafty and gardening activities in the community garden.

Suitable for children aged 5-10. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Younger siblings welcome, but if bringing a buggy, please bear in mind that some paths may be uneven. Spaces limited so booking is essential. Click here to book.

Please come prepared for all weather; there will be limited cover during the event.

This event is free thanks to funding from the Heritage Lottery.
