Resident meetings

The presentation from the last residents’ consultation meeting can be found here. You can also email jools@slamminevents.com if you have anything, in particular, you would like to discuss.

The next residents’ consultation meeting will be at 6pm on Wednesday July 5th. This meeting will last one hour and will be an on-line meeting. A link will be provided on https://www.hospitalityinthewoods.com/locality, one week before the meeting date. If you wish to register your interest in attending this meeting please email jools@slamminevents.com

Free tickets

If you are in the eligible catchment area (please make sure to include your postcode on any correspondence) you can enter the ballot for FREE tickets to one of the shows for the 2023 event period. Please note, you are not guaranteed to receive free tickets – each event has a set allocation of free resident’s tickets and winning applicants are chosen randomly.

The closing date to make a submission for free tickets is Friday July 7th. To apply for free tickets, please email jools@slamminevents.com, and select which of the two events you would like to attend - https://www.hospitalityinthewoods.com/ or https://www.cloudxfestival.com/ also providing a second choice. Please note, it is a maximum of one pair of tickets per address. A summary of the information needed is below.

-        Name and date of first choice event

-        Name and date of second choice event.

-        Your full names.

-        Email addresses of both attendees

-        Photo of proof of address (Any household bill, ID showing address)

You will hear back from Slammin Events if you have been successful in the ballot with further details by email. Eligible but unsuccessful ballot entrees who provided the full information requested will be informed by Monday July 31st.

Posters

Posters will be erected in the park in mid-July, providing key information on park usage.
