Lewisham wins
We’re delighted to announce that Lewisham has won three gold awards at the recent London in Bloom Awards 2023, and two silver awards and the Apprentice Scheme of the Year award. Two of these awards went to Beckenham Place Park in what was its first entry ever. in the history of the awards.
About London in Bloom
The London in Bloom campaign and awards is part of the national Britain in Bloom initiative. It is about celebrating and recognising the many brilliant projects to make our capital city greener. The key aims are to make London a greener and more pleasant place to live and visit, recognise our tireless volunteers, increase biodiversity and enhance neighbourhood communities.

Beckenham Place Park won Gold for Large Park and Apprentice Scheme of the Year Award Winner for our apprentice scheme at Beckenham Place Park.
We are ever so proud of this achievement which would not have been possible without our dedicated team of ground staff, volunteers and everyone else who makes the BPP community such as the local residents who love a respect the park and the resident businesses.
