Monthly Mental Health Swim

Free swims in the lake with Mental Health Swims (a peer support community organisation) one Sunday per month. You must sign up in advance. This is a great way to try open water swimming with a qualified instructor. All levels of experience are welcome. Visit the Mental Health Swims website for information on what to bring and open water safety tips. The combination of swimming in the beautiful lake and meeting like minded people is guaranteed to get your Sunday off to a good start!
