Join us down by our Ravensbourne River in Beckenham Place Park for our inaugural rubber duck race!

Taking place between 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm, heats will happen at the following times:

13:10, 13:30, 13:50, 14:10, 14:30 with a grand final at 14:50.

The event is hosted by James Allen, BPP Park Ranger and Catriona Ross, BPP Community Engagement Officer from Thames21.

All ages are welcome and it’s free to enter. The activity for participants will be on dry land, so you do not need to go into the water. Adults are responsible for their children at all times.

Please use this address: Ravensbourne River, The Common, Beckenham Place Park, near to the Downham Gate off Old Bromley Road, BR1 4JZ.

Meeting point: Under the Oak tree on the opposite side of the river to the new playpark and BMX track. Look out for the BPP Volunteers flag and a gazebo. Please note, there are no public facilities in this side of the park yet.
